Refund policy

Returns/Damaged Goods:

Please contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not accept returns based on ‘change of mind’ or gift card purchases.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@y-hw.com. When your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we’ve received and checked your return, we will notify you and let you know as soon as your replacement item has been dispatched.
